What happened on 7 March 2011?

A senior officer and four employers were convicted of MPF Schemes Ordinance breaches at Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Courts, fined HK$140,000 in total. Fila Watches & Accessories Limited’s senior officer Liu Siu-ping failed to contribute for one employee from March to July 2010 — five counts, HK$16,000; the company copped HK$16,000 too. Nam Tai Security defaulted for one employee from April 2008 to June 2010 — 14 counts, HK$55,000 — plus further fines for not contributing to the MPFA for a non-registered-plan employee.
