What was advised in 2011?
With MPF semi-portability imminent, employees could move their own contributions’ accrued benefits to a chosen trustee once a year; before switching, compare trustees’ fees, fund performance and service. The MPFA reminded: transfers involve no bid-ask spread, but mind the investment gap during transfer.
