Managed by the MPFA and launched in phases from 2024, the eMPF (eMPF) is a unified digital platform that allows MPF members to view and manage ALL their MPF accounts — both contribution and personal accounts — through a single login.

📍 Physical service points:
The eMPF platform runs 3 permanent Service Centres across Hong Kong — Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsuen Wan — plus rotating registration and enquiry booths at various locations, ideal for members who prefer in-person assistance. Check the eMPF website for current booth locations.
⚠️ Good to know:
Account consolidation via eMPF is not instant — most requests take a few working days to process. Start early when changing jobs, and don’t leave it to the last minute.
