Registration for the HK$6,000 scheme opens on August 28. To avoid crowding, registration runs in five phases by year of birth, each lasting about five weeks — register in your group’s window.
What are the five phases?

Where to register?
Submit forms through banks or Hongkong Post. Forms are available from August 22 at bank branches, post offices, Home Affairs offices and housing estate offices.
How is the money collected?
It goes directly into your designated bank account; those without one can collect a cheque via Hongkong Post. Overseas Hongkongers can complete formalities when visiting Hong Kong.
