What change does the middle class want most?

Middle-class gripes: high fees, low returns, no choice; the MPFA consults on early withdrawals for illness or homes, aping Singapore — but Hong Kong accounts average HK$150,000, so drawing 20–30% is a drop in the bucket. How do you protect yourself before fees fall?

Cut your own fees: switch out of pricey funds — saved fees are earned returns. Compare funds’ expense ratios and lower your own bill before the system does.
