BOCI-Prudential launches MPF iPhone app: accounts and fund prices on the go

BOCI-Prudential has launched a “BOCI-Prudential MPF” app for iPhone and iPod Touch, letting customers follow the latest MPF news and fund prices anytime, anywhere — and plan ahead.

What does the app do?

Account access, fund prices, price alerts. BOCI-Prudential MPF customers can log in to their MPF accounts through the app and use value-added services: account enquiry (account details, contribution records, fund balances, fund transactions) and fund prices (SMS price alerts, trend charts, 52-week highs and lows).

What is coming next?

Return calculators, fund switching — one-stop account management. Future versions promise more analytical tools such as return calculators and fund performance overviews, plus account management features: fund switching, portfolio rebalancing and changing contribution allocations.
